How do I return an order?

All sales are FINAL. The only sales that can be returned are the ones deemed eligible. All sent packages are marked with the company return address 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

How do I know if my order is eligible for return?

The only packages eligible for returns are packages that are broken, misprinted, damaged or defective. If your item fits the eligibility then please email us and send a picture of your item to TTDHelp@gmail.com before returning your item. 

What do I do if my package is lost?

For packages lost in transit, contact us a TTDHelp@gmail.com. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?

Since our goods are made per order we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds. Please look at the size guide before making your purchase.
